"This small hotel is in a fabulous location- close to the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum and the National Park. Karen is a lovely green area. The hotel has lovely open areas to sit. The cafe serves good meals at reasonable prices. The hotel arranged for the driver, Steven, to pick me up from the airport. He also took me to the national park and museums etc. I can highly recommend him too."

"I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."

"Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful."

"Rooms are spacious and beds/couch were comfortable. It was so nice having essentially a mini apartment with a balcony for our last couple days in Nairobi. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food (and drinks from the bar) were good and reasonably priced. If your looking for home base to explore Nairobi and the surrounding area, I'd definitely recommend staying here. "

"It has a lovely sitting area under cover, but in the fresh air. So the bar is very good. The location is ok, a couple of minutes drive from a Mall. Room was ok, certainly large. But they did some really basic things poorly. No receptionist and he was really not bothered. I think i saw him on reception once out of 20 times i went past. There was no soap, 1 small towel between 2, not shown round facilities, just to the room, no water in the room, Cleaner didnt knock when coming in, security guard...
