"Spotlessly clean. Great showers, comfortable beds. Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff. It’s a great place to start or end your trip to Kenya as it’s in a quiet, peaceful part of Nairobi, with a beautiful secluded garden full of birds. The on site cafe provides a good selection of food and drink. There is a little shop on site selling items made by women at a project to support their lives. We loved it here."

"I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."

"Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful."

"It has a lovely sitting area under cover, but in the fresh air. So the bar is very good. The location is ok, a couple of minutes drive from a Mall. Room was ok, certainly large. But they did some really basic things poorly. No receptionist and he was really not bothered. I think i saw him on reception once out of 20 times i went past. There was no soap, 1 small towel between 2, not shown round facilities, just to the room, no water in the room, Cleaner didnt knock when coming in, security guard...
