"I booked the wrong dates and Phil, at reception, went above and beyond to help me. It was much appreciated. The hotel is close to downtown, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Not a fan of the bathroom design, with the sink outside of the toilet and shower but not a big issue. Overall a great stay."

"Good location, great views from every room,close to downtown. Good space in the room, good bed and linens. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Kind of a mishmash of furniture. There was a desk and chair in front of the tv. The shower water was draining a little slowly so I lifted the drain guard. Gross. It hadn't been cleaned under there for a long time."

"This is one of three motels that are side by side all owned by the same party. Location is great. Quiet at night and is across from Skaha Lake park. My room was updated probably 3 to 5 years ago. I can't make the same determination of all the other rooms. But from the online pictures of the other rooms, I think the updating is selective. The exterior of all three buildings need cosmetic updates like painting etc and nicer landscaping etc."
