The lady is very friendly and makes amazing breakfast. Good comfortable bed and very clean washroom. Homely vibes and the best part is the outside lake front. I would recommend this over any hotel in this area.
Listen - if this comes up on your search as available for your dates, BOOK IT! I can’t identify a single thing wrong with this place. Everything you could possibly need, unbelievably clean, incredible communication, so quiet, and beautiful. This is the third place we’ve stayed as we traveled around Alaska and I’m telling you, I wish we had booked here for our entire trip. Love, love, love. Seriously - book it. You will NOT be disappointed. We all would love to live here.
I am a lazy person so I don’t write review usually but for this stay, I must say it is beyond my expectations a lot! The space is clean, big, beautiful! Besides the host is very considerate and made amazing breakfast for us! Having breakfast with the breathtaking view is so memorable moment for us!
I first got a phone call from the owner telling me how to get there and some info about check in. They made accommodations for my off season late check in and had someone waiting for me there.
The main living area was very clean and neatly organized. You're greeted by a lot of beautiful artwork on the walls throughout the house . It is the work of the owner's son. There's a little price tag on each in case you can't leave the place without that one painting!

We are locals and we spent 1 night for my son’s bday.we love this hotel. Before it was being built I was working for securitas and I would secure the area so to be able to see its work and inside of it was very cool.
