Having never stayed before your hotel was a pleasant surprise it was nice to enjoy drinks on the patio with friends from the area who stopped in to see us. The reasonable price made it the reason we booked in the first place and it was worth the extra 1/2 hour drive to get to our downtown appointment instead of paying the ridiculously high downtown hotel prices

I appreciate the a.m. complemently coffee in the lobby. However starting the service at 7 is way too late for travelers.

I was in town for a meeting at St. Michael. The price was right and the location was great! Clean, warm, nice shower, quiet, dark curtains... Good Sleep Good Shower Good climate control Good WIFI It's a great place to stay.

Everyone was so nice, the whole stay was amazing, and housekeeping was amazing so nice too. The breakfast was delicious too. I have nothing bad to say, ill definitely come back.

Super pretty front desk lady checked in us to room 706. Parking was easy, right on the basement. We were 2 adults and two kids. Room was clean and we had city view from the window. We walked about 18 mins to go to yonge-dundas square and walked another 12 mins to go to the Nathan philip center “Toronto” sign. Kids enjoyed the fountain water. We took uber back to the hotel. CN Tower/Roger center are not in walkable distance. There is a park across the hotel, i took kids to play there but found...

It was easy to get to using public transit and the staff were generally friendly and willing to help. It is also close to a lot of shopping and dining.

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

Friendly staff, easy parking, cool hallways, nice swimming pool.

Really pleasant stay. Staff were great. All was clean and stylish. Only issue was shower curtain made shower near unusable.
