"The only real problem we had with our stay was unfriendly staff. The accommodations were fine but while checking in it was almost as if we were bothering the staff. The next day as i was walking by the check in desk after a day of shopping i locked eyes with the clerk so I smiled and said hello. He just looked away without any response at all. The next day i said hello to a different staff member and was snubbed again. I just feel it was poor customer service. A simple sincere hello goes a long way."
"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and everything was well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable.
One thing I really appreciated was the free parking—it’s spacious and easy to access, which isn’t always the case. The food was also very good, especially the buffet breakfast. It’s honestly hard to find a breakfast like that in the area, so that was a big plus.
The location is also convenient—only about a 20-minute drive from downtown, so it’s close enough without being too busy.
The only downside was that the room didn’t have a microwave, so I had to go down to the lounge area to heat up food. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been more convenient to have one in the room.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
