Very comfortable stay, with very helpful staff. Would have been nice to have had in room coffee, but otherwise very good

The room at the hotel was clean, and so were the staff. The breakfast was reasonable, and free parking was available.

Clean room. No coffee machine on room. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is okay but not so many choices to eat. But cleanliness is the most important. So I recommend this hotel.

I love the idea that pet can stay with fur parents which some of the hotel would not. But the room did not clean properly, bathroom garbage bin did not empty with 2 used condom inside, bed sheet seems did nit chabge with hair and spen stain on the bed which raely nasty.

Perfectly nice hotel. Everything worked and it was clean. The room was quiet and dark. The bed was comfortable. Hard surface floor, which I very much prefer. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to turn the lights on when entering the dark room Only the bathroom has a wall switch. I did not use any of the guest facilities and didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment. No one on the staff spoke English and they were all quite good at ignoring guests standing at the counter needing something while they chatted with their friends. The location was convenient for the airport. Cab was in the neighborhood of $20 US to get there. I booked there because I could reserve an accessible room online and because I knew I was arriving late at night. I would stay again if I go to Quebec again because the room was good and I can survive poor service from the staff..

Was a very good spot, stayed one night with two kids. Place was nice and clean, pool was very nice. No complaints..breakfast was pretty limited..cereal, yogurt, bagels and toast, canned fruit..no hot items but we still got a bite to eat. Would stay again. Excellent customer service

It was nice to have 3 queen beds in one room. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Internet was great. We didn't have breakfast, as it was only cereal/bagels and we wanted a hot breakfast. Great service at the reception desk.

6/10 Good

Staff were excellent, cleanliness was excellent. There was. It enough parking for the amount of people and the breakfast area was too small for the amount of people and unfortunately not enough food. We were not upset by this as there are other options around.

Amenities were reasonable and good size room. Pool and slide were a hit for my son! Room had what appeared to be lady bugs and quite a few of them
Verified review

6/10 Good

They charge around 200 CAD for an average room, which is above the market standard. The gym is extremely limited, with only two pieces of equipment, and shouldn’t really be listed as an amenity. The pool is also quite small. Ok for cleaning

Water in the bath and sink would not drain. Lock on door was broken. Room was clean and A/C worked fine. No water available for breakfast.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The size of the room was good. Had 3 double beds. Two issues. First the humidity of the room, water running down windows. The pool had way to much chlorine. As soon as we walked into the room with the pool, our eyes were burning. That was before we even went into the pool!
