"The Manager screwed over another member of our party by refusing to move a date, and refusing to refund their payment. They were not initially asking for a refund, had accidentally clicked the Sun. Instead of Sat. Just asked for a chg. Hotel was almost empty, Sat. was more expensive, BW Corporate said wS ok with them, but ultimately up to Manager. She refused? Other interesting notes, temp in our room was set to 15 degrees with a/c on. Outside temp was -10. Took room an hour to warm up. The Tile floor was so cold all night you had to leave socks on. It hurt your feet it was so cold. There was only one bath towel for a king suite, booked for a couple. Very Cheap one ply toilet tissue. King bed with tiny, 18X18 inch, cheap lumpy pillows. Felt like Manager was cutting every corner."

"Unfortunately we won't be returning or recommending; not only was there no breakfast 5am-9:30am (we went at 8:00am) which we paid for but the hotel doors were locked and we had to call the front desk person from the back property to come and let us in when we checked in. The only nice thing was the bedding was clean and the property was quite because no one else was there. Just pay the extra for another hotel, its not worth the few bucks"
