"I’ve stayed at the Days Inn Penticton several times and once again had an enjoyable stay. The location is great if you prefer a quieter spot. It’s at the end of the main strip, away from some of the busier activity, but still just a few minutes from restaurants and the beach. There’s also plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. Towels were replaced daily, and my room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself was clean and warm, and the air conditioning worked very well, although it was a bit loud. The property is showing some age in places. The bath tub could use some updating, and the floor in my room was noticeably sloped. It didn’t affect my stay, but it felt a little unusual. The included breakfast was the weakest part of the experience. The waffle maker and scrambled eggs were unavailable on one of the days. The scrambled egg patty that was offered tasted quite synthetic, and the sausages were fairly bland. The breakfast is certainly convenient, but there is room to improve the quality. Overall, I had another pleasant stay and would happily return. The clean rooms, attentive staff, good pool, strong air conditioning, and convenient location continue to make this a solid choice in Penticton."
