Generally nice place with beach access. Convenient parking and reasonable distance from places to eat and shop. Heavy (seasonal) use evident. Some painting and fixes would be nice, but room was quite sufficient for the price. Not clear how to heat the unit (there was a based board heating unit, but not clear how it operated). Note the office closes late afternoon and a late check in may be problematic.

The condo room we had was a little tired, but very clean. Our A/C was not working properly and was swapped out with a new unit within hours…thx Huey! The beach is beautiful and parking is better than many other hotels on the strip. Have stayed here in multiple occasions and will be back

First I will say the staff were super friendly. As for the rooms you do get what you pay for. The rooms was quite run down. We booked a suite with kitchen to do some cooking and once arrived we noticed there was no range hood fan over the stove. Cooking stunk up the whole unit. Mattresses were extremely poor, we all had sore backs the next morning. First unit I ever stayed with kitchen that had no microwave. Walls were paper thin, had to listen to neighbour snoring all nights. I'd say if your just passing through looking for a cheap 1 night layover, its probably fine for most. More than that I'd look elsewhere.

Nice room and having the beach access right there was amazing!! Very much worth the stay. I did find it weird check in time is basically limited to one hour and I was very worried I wouldn’t be able to check in since I didn’t plan ahead like I should have. But they were responsive to messaging and even left my check in information at the front desk after hours. Our bathroom was in need of some touchups and we shared the shower with a few spiders, but other than that I loved this hotel and the staff for helping us out!

Stayed for four nights in a corner room on the top floor. Incredible views! So nice to be directly on the lake with a private beach. Room was clean. This is an older motel that is being renovated. I liked the no carpets and loved the balcony with two chairs and a table. Kitchen had the basic necessities including a cook top. Cabinet doors and baseboards were falling off. Great BBQ space! I would definitely come back!
