Staff was very accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed a week and it felt like home! Large pool, and gym. Which were clean and very usuable. There was a horse track across the street, but it was not loud and it did not dictract me from my sleep.
We had the most wonderful stay. The Hotel is exceptional with fine interior design and art along with all the luxurious amenities. We stayed in a room with the most beautiful view of the lake. What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. Though the facilities are older and show signs of wear the cleaning staff was top notch!

We loved our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The views from the hotel of Lake Como and the City of Como were outstanding. We had a corner suite with two large floor to ceiling windows with views of the City of Como and its duomo as well as looking down the length of the lake. Our two sided balcony was amazing.
