The reason for my visit was family related and I grew up in Pullman. It has changed a LOT in 40 years! The downtown has just been revitalized and I'll be interested to see how it grows in the future.

Pullman is my hometown but we have no family there anymore. This hotel is close to the new golf course, rec center, sporting events, and of course ferdinands for the best ice cream and Cougar Gold cheese (weekdays only).

Pullman is a college town, home to Washington State University. It's about 10 minutes from Moscow Idaho. Beautiful, rolling hills. In the middle of the Palouse.

College town that only bustles during events like football games. But enjoy the small town theme.

Even though the roads and sidewalks are closed then open due to construction, it did not stop me from enjoying my stay. Especially the early morning walks with my two dogs.

It seemed friendly enough. A lot of road construction going on but that's just something that has to be done.
