The motel is a time capsule of the early 1960's; doors that open with an actual key. Rooms that look out onto the parking lot. An outdoor swimming pool that had been filled in with concrete and made into a sun deck--but the pool signage left in place. All that being said, the building was freshly painted, the staff friendly, and the room clean and very comfortable. For what the modern traveler expects in a motel, it was a bit spendy. Given that the town was packed and rooms were at a premium, I was happy to stay there--and I would be willing to stay there again.

The staff was very polite. The property is a little worn out and the refrigerator was not cleaned before my stay. It had spilled drink left inside the fridge part and the freezer had trash in it. The wi-fi was poor so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have online work to complete. The price was great so it's the type of place you get what you pay for. Very budget friendly!

Patterned sheets were a surprise change from standard whites, and very comfy. That alone raises it above expectations for lowest price available, when all that was needed was a bed. A facility built for a different era. Sad to see a pool filled with concrete, even though I wouldn't have used it. Limited contact with staff, but pleasant check-in.

Pro- parking areas well lit and clean, quiet stay, some double rooms if you have extended family or a group traveling Could improve- a little more attention to room cleaning, some updating would be nice in the temperature control area, replacing chipped countertops and less furniture in the room If you can handle low budget youth hostel or are on a budget this is perfect!

Honestly the stay was great the bed a room were perfect…. That it tho The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and charged us extra $12 at check in because we didn’t have the $50 check in fee that this site doesn’t mention So just a heads up THERES AN EXTRA $50 dollar charge at check in

The old pool filled in with concrete is funny. Also makes sense. Keeps the prices down. Half the TV channels didnt work. Awesome wifi/internet service. Easily in the top 3 of the cleanest room ive ever seen. Definitely would go back without pause.

This property is extremely basic, old and outdated. It had aeveral construction workers there that left early in the morning. They did not try to be quiet either. The rooms were dingy looking but clean. Beds were comfortable. I wouldnt stay there again if i had a choice. We stayed this time because we couldnt find anything else. It was definitely not worth $140.00 a night!!!
