8/10 Very good

Not the most glamorous, but it was comfortable and the shower was solid. Great if you just need a spot to sleep and shower while you tour the college or visit.

The parking is abundant, the staff is super nice, and although this hotel is older, it definitely feels cared about. The location is super convenient to downtown and it is our favorite place to stay when we're visiting the college contingent.

10/10 Exceptional

Older hotel but great location and friendly staff. A nice place to stay after moving our kiddo over for WSU year two. Wish we had more time to enjoy being so close to the downtown shops and restaurants.

8/10 Very good

The staff were very nice and explained about the room effectively. The environment was very good and I felt safe in the motel. I didn't notice a problem with the air conditioning. The only things I had trouble with was the air (it was giving me pretty bad allergies) and the door took some brain power to work (which might just have been a me problem). Overall, a great stay and I would stay here again!

If you're looking for a basic room that is budget friendly, this is a great option. I really appreciated the EV charging station. Be aware that the office does close at night and does not open until 8am.
