Adelphi Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good value city centre hotel. Room was clean but dated and most of the lights were not working. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. We stayed for 2 nights and were surprised that our room was not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast was good but no fresh bread only sliced for toast. Waves bar was nice with happy hour until 7 pm ever day. To Sum up we would stay here again due to value for money and location and the grand lounge was very impressive showcasing what a grand building she once was."

"Hotel great, staff great."
Ropewalks Hotel
8/10 Good
"We returned to this hotel as the location is perfect for us. We do find the rooms do run hot, you can of course open the window/door slightly but the noise levels quite high in the area. So instead we used the fan but that’s really loud, so just bear in mind if you are a light sleeper, this maybe a problem. Usually sleep with earplugs so it would have been fine, but I forgot them. We did try to get a drink at the bar before heading out but unfortunately there seemed to be just one member of staff on reception who was also on the bar? Because there was a queue for check in, we ended up leaving & heading out instead of carrying on waiting. We’d been sat there 10minutes with nobody acknowledging us so didn’t want to wait any longer. The rooms are pretty well soundproofed, you just hear the occasional door slamming but no room noise which is a huge bonus. As mentioned, location for us is spot on. We usually use one of the local car parks & book online to get a cheaper rate. We will return soon I’m sure."

Radisson RED Liverpool
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and tidy. The shower was great. Water in the fridge and tea and coffee was a nice extra. There were shower gel and shampoo/conditioner along with hand wash and body lotion. The hotel staff were friendly on check in and the bar staff were friendly. The breakfast was good quality and there was a wide variety in judging fresh fruit. Right next to the station so it was very handy for my travelling."
