"Great location for its friendly helpful staff. The rooms have seen better day, dirty and chipped paintwork, dirty curtains and windows. Would not like to walk on the carpets without shoes On the plus side Bed and bathroom were clean. Slept well so can’t really complain for the price"

"A little tucked away - so be aware not to drive by it quickly on the A55. Staff were excellent and the Burger King next door was great - the food was yummy (better than other BK's I've been too). Ideal location for onward trips to North Wales"

"The Coach House is a lovely property with incredible views. The property was immaculate and lots of consideration given to travellers. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. "Owner met us at the property , she is so friendly and helpful. She gave us ideas where to go and lives nearby if you do need anything. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and hot water Beautiful setting in a small village with a homely pub across the road that does great food "
