I have to start off by saying that staying at Paolyn Houseboat was a leap of faith for myself, my wife, and our 3 children. To be isolated in a lagoon next to an island with no degree of infrastructure, caused us some level of uncertainty. The location is perfect . Walkable to the downtown area. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. They cater to all your needs from the moment you wake up . They arranged all our excursions , hotel pick up, spa & massage . It’s a real vacation not to think of anything & just relax. Thank you May, April & Erol for making our stay wonderful

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Seriously that best service I've had. We booked the beach front room and it has the most beautiful views. The place is seriously breath taking with clear blue waters and limestone cliffs. Breakfast is complimentary and of course I ordered the Filipino breakfast every morning we were there. It’s a beautiful hotel with stellar management and staff. With each day we stayed there, we became more enchanted with the place. I can’t stress this part enough that the service, attentiveness was stellar. It’s perhaps the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Great hotel in a quiet location off the main road. About a 10 minute walk to the town proper which isn't bad. Room and staff were great, as well as the breakfast.

This hotel was very beautiful. Infinity pool, sitting areas and restaurant all very clean and nice. The rooms were very nice with awesome views. The beach shack downstairs was awesome. This hotel was so special because of the staff. Shout out to Ariel at the beach shack. Dining staff of Jimbie, Jona, Shena and Danica made our stay absolutely fantastic. One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at. Staff makes you feel like you own the island and they all work for you. Try to get a VIP Villa or beach Villa. Highly recommend for romantic get away. Sunsets are spectacular. We had dinner on the beach almost every evening, unforgettable time here. I love you guys.

This is our new favorite hotel. The airport is located on the property, less the 2 mins away. We stayed in the deluxe king room forest view suite. The room was spacious, and super clean. The property has security cameras and staff everywhere to make sure guest are are happy and safe. Great place to relax and get away. Had a pleasant experience in our stay. The pool was stunning. The ambiance was refreshing. Plus, staff went above and beyond from day 1.

The hotel is new (I think) and beautiful. The rooms were really nice and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the management team was very personable. I can't remember the lady's name, but she was the manager, she was very nice and made sure my stay was pleasant.

Rica and Justin were so amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here. The beach is incredible and the site is well maintained and looked after.

Stayed for three nights and had an EXCELLENT experience. Relieved to have booked the Bayview room, especially now after reading some of the negative reviews regarding the rooms facing the back of the hotel. Keep in mind it’s a small town, so obviously there are going to be roosters like the norm in the Philippines. What a beautiful property in the loveliest location. The breakfast selection was different every day with varying hot Filipino staples as well as pastries, cereal, toasts and eggs. The property and the services were amazing, everyone there was so helpful to us and the breakfast was very good . A mix of dishes even american breakfast and very close to town , will definitely stay there again.
