We had a wonderful stay at this property. All the staff are very accommodating and respectful. You can go fishing on this property and let them cook it for you for a little fee , just make sure bring your own gear for fishing. Thank you guys for making our stay really good.

First ferry transfer was 2 hours after they said they would be there. Second ferry transfer was 1 hour after they said they would leave. Can't trust them to make reliable plans. Pools were so dirty you could use them. Pubes in the bathroom on arrival. Food was not good and expensive. Staff were friendly. Mini jet skis, $500 pesos for half an hour were fun. Kayaks at $300 pesos an hour were not worth it. Clean air though.

Our way stay is fantastic..We were able to relax and feel stressed free. We enjoyed the pool and the view. The staff were really accomodating to our needs and very friendly. The hotel just need to improve in there mode of payment it would be good if customers can pay by card or any other option than cash. But our overall stay is great plus the island hopping experience.

Booked this hotel on a whim and was pleasantly surprised to see it was much more private than Coron Town Proper. Only hiccup was that there was only one boatman at the time, and missed us in the last pickup to the hotel. They were very helpful in getting us to and from the island, providing hotel shuttle service (private). Great tours too, and loved the pier and floating villas.

Frankly, this was my worst hotel experience ever, in terms of expectations versus reality. I’ve stayed in many crummy hotels, that I expected to be crummy. And stayed in many excellent hotels, that I expected to be excellent. Never have I stayed at a hotel that I expected to be excellent, but turned out to be very crummy! Also, to put things into perspective, I have visited Philippines 25 times over the last 20 years and stayed in dozens of hotels around the country. We experienced many failures, shortcomings and disappointments from the staff and the hotel: 1. First, their website states that they have 24 hour front desk attendance. In fact, they do not! Had I known the actual truth I would not have stayed there as I have a medical condition for which it would be ill advised to stay on an island with no means of being able to quickly reach emergency medical services. 2. Their website states that they accept Visa as payment. In fact, they do not. Had I known the truth, I would have arrived with more cash, as it was I had to borrow money from my family. Not a good look… 3. Their website states that Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The reception in our room was poor to nonexis

The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel. There is a lot of nice place in town to stayed in. Think about your safety too.The room is spacious and well-appointed. While some staff members are pleasant, others exhibit unacceptable behavior. We experienced an unintentional incident, but one of their staff members displayed a hostile attitude and attempted to assault one of my siblings. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and their handling of the situation was inadequate. Additionally, there are numerous hidden charges for food and services that were not disclosed to us upfront. Consequently, we will not be returning to this resort hotel. This will be our final stay at this establishment. There are many other pleasant accommodations available in town. Please prioritize your safety when making your accommodations.
