Very good. Enjoyed our quick stay in the hotel’s traditional rooms. Breakfast was amazing and delish. Loved the white chandelier ballroom. Did not have time to use the spa. Instead we walked to Piran and enjoyed the beautiful Adriatic views with the alps on the horizon.

Great Location. I would highly recommend the sea pool. We spent the afternoon in the pool and it was wonderful. Enjoy!

Beautiful location, quiet at night, walkable to old town.

We had a really great stay in Forgotten Garden Apartments. We liked the proximity of the sea shore, however quite a steep street led there. But it was good for some physical training, especially when you go up with a stroller. The apartment was clean, nice, but a bit small - two bedrooms accommodated only the beds. There was a bit problem to fit a baby crib into one of bedrooms due to lack of space. Also sound isolation within the apartment could be better. Overall we were very satisfied with...

A nice hotel with spa in great location. Casino next door. Plenty of restaurants near the sea . English speaking staff is very friendly and helpful.

If you are driving, checking early. Otherwise, you'll need to park far away with a steep climb. Breakfast is excellent. Well worth the money.

Actually my room was changed to Grand Hotel Portoroz, and this review is about it, but all lately including Neptun are same owner

we could not use the spa, but the room, the service and the restaurant were excellent. Very nice staff, comfortable room and a delicious buffet for dinner and breakfast made our stay a well-being.

The staff was superb! They helped me out even with matters not concerning the hotel.

Beautiful oceanfront location with large suites and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The convenience and accessibility to everything, safe area as well. And the breakfast abd dining area is elegant and great food .
