"Although this hotel claims to be 4 * I would definitely call it a 3. It’s fine, it’s clean and in a quiet area with a nice walking or biking path. That’s about where it’s ends, for a quick one night stay, it did the trick."

"Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen.
Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in.
It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk. I had to call to get instructions for access. But they instructions were clear and easy to follow and we had to problem getting into the apartment."
