"The bathroom was not clean, there were urine spots on the rim of the toliet. The sink wwas dirty. I cleaned it using my facial cleaning cloth. The refrigerator started this loud buzzing noise, so loud we had to unplug the refrigerator. I will never stay there again nor would i recommend. "

"The hotel is in a serene location. The staff, Mr. Jim, was professional and welcoming. This is my second time staying at the hotel because its location near Mount Holyoke College.
The hotel was very nice with spacious and clean room. The breakfast was nicely set up of protein (eggs and ham or sausages), carbs (pancakes or french toast sticks, potatoes), fruits and an area of beverage machine and bread.
I liked the hotel has a gym and pool with hot tub which operates from 8am-10pm.
There are not any convenient stores nearby, so all snacks and drinks need to be purchased in town.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel!"
"We were recently at this hotel with a large group. We had a wonderful time. The room had beautiful high ceilings and it had a lot of charm. I loved that the bathroom had its own sink and then there was another sink located outside of the actual bathroom. We also really love the large refrigerator, spacious room, and comfy bed. If I was ever in this area again, I would used to stay here, but know that the air conditioning doesn’t get as cold as I like it, which is pretty cold."
