First I saw black hair on the “clean” towels, then the shower glass was not cleaned and looked like there was a blood spot on it. The mirror had a film all over it. There is a hole in the tile of the shower that is covered partially with a piece of wood which is really disturbing wondering what is behind it. I walk into the room and there is dog fur under the table. The patio door is not square so the top stays open so you hear everything and there is mold on the sheer curtain. Next to the bed were spots of some kind of food stuck to the floor and also on the other side of the bed. Then when I laid in the bed I could smell pee. Thank goodness I brought myself blankets to lay on top of all of the bedding. The coffee pot was shoved in a drawer under the microwave so I didn’t realize it was even there. The entry way is really pretty and the pool looks nice, but with the lack of cleanliness I had to give it this rating.

Lobby is bright, clean and appealing. Pool was not usuable bc it was green and closed. There was No breakfast like they stated on their page. Bed you could feel the springs through mattress. Rooms are nice and remodeled however there were cobwebs all along ceiling in many spots. AC vent was dirty and gunky as well as the vent that was in shower above showerhead. What you get compared to their listing details are far different. Honestly I would not stay here again. Very misleading and disapointed.

The cleanest place of this hotel was the lobby. The hallways were riddled with garbage and look like they have never been vacuumed. It reeked of Marijuana and musty. Pool was closed. Rooms stunk. Pee spots behind the toilets. The shower didnt work right. The sink was cracked. Whats even sketchier was the desk lady who came up and to our door and was shocked someone answered after we checked in. Would never recommend staying here! If it wasnt for getting my children from the airport at midnight, I would have left!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. the amenities however, were lacking to say the least. Pool was a balmy 60 degrees with clumps of hair floating around. "Breakfast buffet included" should be removed from this hotels list of amenities. Currently they only offer "grab and go": which consisted of 1ea apple and 1ea bottle of water..... very disapointing.

Stayed with my children over the memorial day weekend for the pool. On arrival the property outside looked abandoned. One other reason for booking was the breakfast that we were not told was not available due to renovations. We were handed brown paper bags with an apple, a water and a granola bar. Under the beds were filthy with a cup of liquid under one. The heat dis not work. Towels were stained and or not in the room. Had to request it. Did not feel safe sleeping there with my children

If you just need a place to spend the night either before a flight or after, this is the place to stay. Just a note about the shuttle, make sure you book it 24 hours in advance, it does not drive to & from the airport without a reservation. The room was clean, hallways should be vacuumed/cleaned more often. Room was cold!!! The heat had been turned off in the room prior to our arrival, so it took awhile for it to get warm. Nice lobby. I’d stay here again for a night.

The entrance and room were nice and looked like the pictures but the overall property was old and needed updates and cleaning. The hallways needed to be swept and our room had a big dust bunny and a candy wrapper on the floor. There was food left in the fridge. Just kind of icky!

The staff was great and I enjoyed my stay after I finally got into a room. It took them three tries to finally get me into a room. I started with room 169 and there was someone inside that yelled at my wife. So they put us into room 170 and there was sheetrock all over the ground from the hole in the wall they were trying to repair. The final room I got into was 171. After we got our room situated, we were walking down the hallway and I am handicapped from a stroke back in January. The carpet was all frayed and torn up going down the ramp and my walker got stuck on the carpet and I went forwards over my walker.

The rooms smelled awful and the 2nd floor smelled like curry. The parking lot was full of trash including nips bottles, needles and corn on the cob. The pool was big and the lobby was decent.
