"Breakfast was fresh and parking was fine. However, the amenities were not. The pool was not available and the television did not work in our room. I tried talking to staff several times but they could not resolve the issue. Lastly, the best thing is after sharing my issues with the friendly desk clerk in the morning she made sure that I got a refund. My children really wanted to swim and watch television. "

"We stopped last minute and this hotel had rooms available. We had our furbaby with us so it was important to choose a hotel that welcomed pets and not at an expensive rate. The phone in the room worked but you had to hold the cord a certain way for it to work. Also the Wi-Fi was such a pain to get my son's ps5 to connect. Did get it to work but you can only have one device hooked to the wifi at a time. "
