Well the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Now to the down side. During the night one of us shut the bathroom door after using it. The door locked itself and would not re-open. We'll it made for a long night!!!!

I pulled up at 1 am with my confirmed reservation from 3 days ago, ready to crash. Instead, I was told "the payment didn't go through" so my stay was canceled without notification and they had no rooms left. Probably a tactic to keep booked with full-price rooms, but Hotels.com shares the blame for leaving me stranded with no attempt to make it right. Disappointing.

The room appeared to be clean but it really wasn’t. There was roaches in the fridge and also the room itself

The rooms lining were dirty and had burn marks in them. Floor didn’t look as if it had been cleaned. Only 1 towel for a 4 guest room. Hand towels had stains on them. Highly disappointed.

It is the worst establishment that I Have stayed in, both of my daughter's played fas pitch softball and I sometimes felt like motel rooms were our home and I have been to some that were a 2j & to 5 *, but if they weren't as nice the property owners would have good attitude s & ho the extra mile for you

The toilet seat look like someone tried to burn it. I had to reclean the tub because it still had hair in it. Then one bath towel.look like it had red nail polish or something on it. I just went out an brought my own towel and rags. I also brought me a floor mat to put in the tub

Very clean

We were in town for a funeral the hotel staff was very nice and allowed us to check in a little early so we could shower and get ready. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was kinda hard but there is no place that sleeps like home. Good stay and would recommend!
