"Had to change rooms 2 times due to small ants all in the rooms on the 3rd floor, as well as tv not working nor phone. So it was hard to contact the desk about my issue without having to go downstairs. Was eventually moved to the 4th and was cleaner, and more comfortable. Pricing was best and overall facility was clean, so I’m not sure why those rooms were infested with Ants."

"I very much enjoyed my birthday weekend here at Sonesta! Lovely staff, beautiful property, and a very gracious gift from the hotel! The only issue I had over my birthday weekend was the waitress Imani from the Chattahoochee Grille who was hostile after over charging me but everything turned out perfect! Thank you to those who made this a wonderful weekend for me!"

"My 2 night birthday staycation was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed all of the amenities. Buy the upgrade for the Panoramic Room! It was amazing. Especially on the high up floor. It felt like we were sleeping on the clouds. The sheets were amazing!! We requested a robe and they were extremely soft! The Spa was everything!!! I got the spring package and added hot stones. It was the most therapeutic experience. The only twos cons I would say would be the size of the pool...the pool was really small...For the size of the hotel the pool was disappointing. Beautifully designed but small... We ordered food at the pool and the fries were not good. I think it was the style of them. Other than that, the room service food was okay! The other con would be the valet! They sucked. They need a new system or more help. It was the Cardi B concert, prom, and a number of other events going on in the area and they were not prepared. It took way too long to retrieve cars. They were friendly but the system was off. The outdoor host stand was left unattended way too much. They weren't moving fast and there were no directional signs to really guide the traffic."

"Hotel was good and clean, staff were helpful, especially the valet parking team, very nice people. It is in downtown, good location. I didn’t like the bed and the pillows because they were extremely soft, the A/A was in auto mode and every time it stopped it was very hot so i would have preferred a regular mode A/A instead but i couldn't change it. Cookies every afternoon were delicious. The bar was good too. In general, it is a good option."
