"Kitchen staff, especially Dana was atrocious. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00pm Understanding this my husband and I were willing to drink yesterday’s coffee, this was at 5:55am. Dana clearly was running behind with her service, I explained my reason politely as I reached down to the refrigerator just needing a small Yoghurt to go. Dana angrily told me to put it back then proceeded to Lock the fridge door.By now it was 6:00pm, there was nothing on the counters."

"This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. BUT I am not fond of the steel and glass big box hotels. This place had romance and character. The courtyard was lovely, we ate at Palm Court twice and the food was excellent. And the room....just lovely with new bedding, black out shades and a wonderful shower with bath products. I read other reviews and I must correct people. First, there is late check out. You can check out up until noon. Second, there is a coffee bar. and the food is quite good. I felt so lucky to find this hidden gem in the concrete jungle of Atlanta. This place is worth a try. I simply loved it."

"the staff was great property in a good area if you're visiting and like restaurants to shop i only had an issue with the room 309 it had a very bad mildew moldy smell it caused me and my friend dizziness when in the room and nausea i think it should be checked out."

"I checked in my room @ 11pm and immediately left out due to me being late for an event. When I came back to my room I noticed the toilet had stains on it, the shower had long black hair in it and I have a low cut with blonde hair, the floor and walls were nasty, and my bed had a water bottle cap tucked in there. I went to the my car to get something to sleep on because I do not feel comfortable laying on that bed. I also had to use the restroom and I prefer the restroom in the lobby because I know that maybe a little better. I spoke with the gentleman (he was very pleasant) he made me aware they were fully booked and had a lot of checked, but that still didn’t give them the right to not properly clean my room. He told me he would move me to another room, but I told him “never mind because I’m scared that may not be clean either. I will go to the store in the morning to get my own cleaning products.” I woke up the next day, went to the to get something cleaning products money that had to be spent out of my own pocket because they didn’t clean my room properly. I heard housekeeping in the hallway and I snatched everything back on the bed and I asked them to take the old sheets and comforter off and put a new one on. All she did was make the bed up with the same sheets because when I returned from the store the same water bottle cap was still in the same place. I cleaned the room, and it was very nasty. "Stay sent smooth. Stayed for a concert that happened to be the same day as a prom and soccer game. Due to all three there was chaos when arriving and leaving. There could have been better planning. The room was pretty good but housekeeping can do better at vacuuming. Wasn’t able to use the amenities but otherwise no complaints."

"It was my wife birthday weekend. Cherrell got us checked in early and made us feel welcomed. Cherrell directed us to great restaurants, shopping and safe places to visit within walking distance. Cherrell and staff 10/10.We were very satisfied with our room . Spacious and Clean 10/10. Location 9/10 Breakfast 8/10. Overall, We liked our stay and will book again. "

"I very much enjoyed my birthday weekend here at Sonesta! Lovely staff, beautiful property, and a very gracious gift from the hotel! The only issue I had over my birthday weekend was the waitress Imani from the Chattahoochee Grille who was hostile after over charging me but everything turned out perfect! Thank you to those who made this a wonderful weekend for me!"
