"This is a very cute no-frills motel. Convenient location, close to everything, has clean rooms and a good little coffee maker- what more do you need? When we come up as a family for a quick overnight in North Conway we are always pleased to stay here. Honestly, it has everything you need and a little bit extra. Of course don’t come here expecting the four seasons, but it has its very own charm, and the owners and staff are really kind and helpful. Shout out to Ebin who seems to always be working and is pleasant with customers. He’s very nice and was very helpful when my son got hurt staying there recently by directing us to the closest ER and making sure our room was safe and clean for our return. We will certainly be back."

"The room was clean but in need of maintenance. Peeling flooring at the main door to our room, light bulbs missing in lamps, worn out lampshades. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location."
