Not sure what the amenities fee is for. Who’s using the lake access this time of the year? $25 for the burnt AM coffee and cookies? For the price, the room should be nicer, cleaner. Our room was almost in the basement. The window opened to earth/bushes in the parking lot. Parking was fine, location was cute.

The front desk people were very helpful. Inn is in a great location. The room was nothing special but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. No view to speak of - the back of a bush. There were 2 of us and the 2nd person taking a shower in the morning only got lukewarm water, which was disappointing especially considering what we paid for the room.

We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. The room was okay. Nothing special and the bathroom was dated. I wish there were better options in the immediate area.
