We stayed here for our 2yr anniversary. We were in a king room with a whirlpool tub. The room was very clean and the whirlpool tub was amazing. The best part was the extremely comfortable king bed. I’m a travel nurse and traveled here from Maine and my husband traveled from Vermont and we arrived at 1:30ish and they were happy to check us in immediately upon arrival. Loved the fact that they had several menus from local restaurants available to look over in their lobby which made choosing a place to eat simple. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first time at the Colonial Motel. The room was not only clean it smelt clean upon entering. The bathroom was immaculate and there were plenty of towels. When comparing the room to a larger hotel the rooms would be considered small but plenty spacious enough for a one or two night stay. Every Fall we venture up to North Conway for the foliage. We will return to this Motel in the future.

Stayed one night for the North Conway Half Marathon which was conveniently located close to the start/finish and center of town. I greatly appreciated the later check out so I could run back to the motel for a quick shower. Great stay and thank you!

Everything was excellent and extremely safe for a Motel. Been to many and it reminded me of my youth when motels were as good as these nee 5stars. Would recommend. Lots of stuff nearby. Pool looled clean just never had time as we got threre at midnight. Keys taped to doors as officd was locked whucj wad perfect for us.

Can NOT beat the price anywhere! Extremely clean room, free internet, in room coffee, fridge, microwave, and plenty of hot water. PLUS an outdoor pool that my 8 year old LOVED!!!! The only drawback was that the threshold (i think that's what it's called?) between the room and the bathroom was missing so there was a raw edge between the room carpet and the bathroom flooring--if you stepped on it in bare feet you could feel the brads sticking up--just had to be careful there.

Okay place to stay for the price. Had stayed there in the past and would have given it a 5 stars then. Coffee in the office is terrible! Pool was good. The room smelled very strong of something I couldn't describe. It was very hot and humid out, it would have been nice if the air conditioner had been turned on in a basement room. Whirlpool tub was nice. Bed was comfortable, slept pretty well. The peacock clock on the wall in room 18 needs to go, it gives an "old" vibe to the room.

Quite adequate for my needs. I was hiking in the Whites and took a day off in North Conway, stayed here for a night. Room and grounds are quite clean and comfortable. Space is dated surely, but for my needs it was cost friendly and close enough to town to easily walk (hiking I had no vehicle)
