"We had a pleasant night at Home Motel. The room was so clean and well maintained. It was cozy and cute, like going back in time before the big hotels became common. And we could park conveniently right outside our door! The bed, though with the older style spring mattress, was quite comfortable, and the setting was quiet all night.. we recommend it, especially for older traditional travelers like us!"

"Website was not updated by owners that pool and hottub were closed due to renovations. We were helping people move all weekend and would've been nice to be able to soak our achy muscles in hottub."

"Says remodeled, but carpet dirty, rust on ceiling, furniture in room old. Key didn’t work on side door. No one at front desk. "

"The whole building smelled clean when we walked in, so that was encouraging. However there was no heat in the room and it was chilly out. But by the time we realized the room wasn't heating we were unpacked and in our pajamas. We dealt with it but weren't happy about it. There was no soap at the sink so we had to use the bodywash from the shower. The breakfast options weren't anything we wanted, couldn't you at least have had bread for toast? Glazers are too sweet in the morning. For the price we paid, we were disappointed and won't be back."
