A group of us traveled to Osseo to go side by side riding and stayed at the Smartwood Inn. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a refrigerator and a microwave. The gentlemen that checked us in and were around during our stay were so nice and welcoming. One of them even carried my suitcase up the stairs for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly. Motel was close to McDonalds, gas station, Taco John's, and the side by side trails. Had a couple different places where a bunch of us could play cards after getting back in the evening. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but not horrible. For the price, we would definitely come back to stay.

Absolutely would stay here again for the price. Front desk was extremely friendly and even walked us to our room. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't seem like they clean under the beds.

Our stay at Smartwood Inn was very nice. The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. They replaced the television as it was not working properly. The bed was comfortable. We had a restful stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, with nice bedding and comfortable beds. The shower works great with soft water. Had a toilet issue that it was not flushing properly. Without hesitation, the staff came to inspect and quickly assisted in moving us to another room. Throughout our stay, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This motel is a good buy.

Staff was helpful, but that is the only good thing about the property. Dirty unsafe water that runs for minutes.

Rooms are a little remote from the desk but they are really nice. Staff will take you right to your room if you desire. Location is very near the main roads but we’re very quiet. I highly recommend this place at any reasonable price but it is a great bargain for the price they ask.
