This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Always friendly staff and clean rooms!! Breakfast is great!!

I was quite pleased with this property. My understanding is that the property is not a new build, but it obviously has been completely renovated. I’ve been to properties where “renovations” amounted to not much more than a slopped on coat of paint and old nasty carpet replaced with cheap vinyl flooring. That is not the case here. The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

Loved our stay. 8-year old used the pool twice. We enjoyed the breakfast. They allowed us to checkout one hour late. No complaints.

Though around 30 minutes away from the falls, the hotel was very clean, had very friendly front desk person and good breakfast

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

I would higly recommend Fairfueld Inn & Suites Buffalo Amherst. They have Very friendly staff and the hotel is very clean in general. Not to mention the breakfast was always good and they have fresh apples and cookies at the front desk.

We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. That is saying something because he is not a traveler. The Christmas decorations were so very festive. We were there for a wake and memorial service...
