We stayed for one night in order to be in town for early start of "Ride for Roswell" Safe area, friendly staff, full breakfast, plenty of well-lit parking. This was our first time at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean. The only thing I did not like was the sink was not in the bathroom which makes it hard to get ready while others in the room are trying to sleep. So other then that, it was great and we will stay again and see if we can request a full size bathroom :)

We were greeted warmly and after a quick check in, everything was explained from where breakfast was served and times served to offering us a floor choice for our room. All questions we may have had were explained without having to ask a thing. Our room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend

In particular, front desk staff person Chiara and breakfast hostess Amanda were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We've been to this site a few times as it is a perfect 'home base' for us visiting nearby relatives. The left turn out of the drive onto Niagara Falls Blvd is challenging, but going around the Bob Evans and then out at the light was a useful tip passed to us on some previous trip (and hope the now closed Bob Evans does not end this option!) We'll be back on future visits to Buffalo!

We went for an extended weekend, for our nieces UB graduation. The room was clean with fresh clean sent, full amenities blow dryer, iron and iron board. The bed was super comfy. Small fridge n microwave. The property was clean breakfast buffet was simple but nice. Waffles, eggs, sausages, choice different breads and muffins, cereal and fruits. Convenient location shops n mall all within a less than 10 minute drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great hotel and location would stay here again.
