We enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel. It was our first time to stay in Buffalo USA and at this specific location. The experience was excellent. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. It is an upscale hotel for sure. One big complaint we have though is that we were put on the same floor with unconsiderate people. Teenagers were none stop banging on doors, in and out of their hotel rooms, constant noise, yelling, laughing, moving of things and at one point a small understanding between a parent and a son. This went on until 2:30am. I supposed there were drunk adults too.

The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent: we highly recommend the roast beef on weck. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport.

It was a good experience. The rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking onsite was free. However, the elevator is so far from the checkin front desk. You have to walk all the way by the banquet hall section to get on the elevator to your room. The back side door was helpful in getting to the elevator I have physical limitations and the main back side door broke down or becsme inoperable for 3 days which made walking all the way to the front area in lobby to have breakfast and dinner at the Club Mar Lounge very, very challenging. The door was finally fixed on our last day of checkout but it was too late. Also, it would be nice if they had a business center and bathroom in the Club Mar Lounge.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All amenities were in the room or easily requested. Staff was extremely polite the restaurant had a small but varied and delicious menu. The bar was large. Breakfast was very good. Parking was super easy and at no extra charge. Indoor pool and fitness center were great. I would recommend this hotel and likely will stay there in the future. They do not run a shuttle service which is the only negative.

Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit.
