"Room we had was a little out of date there are rooms that have been updated and are really nice , the carpets need a really good deep cleaning as they are old but views were beautiful staff was pleasant . Place is decently priced and grounds are well kepted . Location is close to town and other attractions. We had a loft in our room i do wish they had put a pullout up there as my kid would of loved sleeping up there as it has more privacy than the pullout couch in the livingroom. Overall was a great stay . "

"Property was very nice, the only issue was that we could hear next door guest in the middle of night fighting, screaming. It felt like walls are too thin. Other than that all was good!! Property is very clean and pretty"

"Decent property with good location. But it's the first time I've ever had a literal brown bag free continental breakfast, consisting of a parceled out muffin, apple and yoghurt cup. I haven't stayed in U.S. hotels lately, so maybe this is the new normal. You get what you pay for!"

"Staff was awesome. We were able to check in 3 hours early. Food was delicious the entire place was very clean spa and sauna were clean and wonderful. Definitely recommend this as a big bear destination."
