"Everything! The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully stocked the unit was, it had plates, utensils, basic kitchen appliances, dishwashing soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and more. It made my stay so convenient and comfortable. The attention to detail really made a difference and made me feel at home."

"Had an amazing stay! What a great spot and location for most of what big bear has to off! The walking distance to everything was amazing! Plus power shut off in the hotel so me being an electrician on site i was able to assist an get power back up an running since there wasn’t really anyone on site to assist late that Saturday night! Will definitely be back and bring family and friends again! "

"The online pics of the rooms do not do them justice! Rooms are very nice, beautifully decorated. Beds are soo comfortable, and dont even get me started on the shower! Staff was awesome, super friendly. Food at the fairway cafe was delicious. Slots and keno were hitting. DJ in the bar area kept the party going. Overall excellent stay, will definitely be back!"
