"The staff were amazing, especially considering the surprise blizzard that hit us on my daughter’s birthday. The location is great but it truly was the staff that made the stay special. Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier. Would highly recommend. "

"The staff were lovely and polite, the room was on the 41st floor and the bed, decor and amenities were all clean, tidy and well kept. The room had a safe and this was used. The location of the hotel is great in Brooklyn and we used it primarily as we were going over to run the Brooklyn bridge parkrun on the Saturday morning. We did not use the restaurant but it did look nice. "

"The location was fantastic, really convenient with Central Park, Broadway, and other entertainment just nearby. The room was spotless, and housekeeping did a wonderful job taking care of our space every day. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at the Park Central Hotel."

"We arrived late & tired but desk staff, especially Crystal, made us feel welcome with a friendly, courteous, uplifting attitude. We appreciated it so much after a long day of travel. Room was small but very comfortable & clean like the entire hotel. Proximity to Penn Station is why wee chose it."
