"Well, I booked this property specifically because people had mentioned the WiFi was decent. We had a very important meeting we needed to do over zoom. The WiFi was not great. It failed miserably - and we were very nearly the only people there and it was 3 in the afternoon so probably not a lot of streaming or whatnot at that time - yet it could not sustain a simple zoom call. We had to switch to tethering on our phones - which was according to speed test more than 10 times faster down and 8 times faster up. But the room was fine, the AC was good, it was clean, quiet (the hotel was - the freeway was strangely noisy all things considered, but didn’t interrupt our sleep) and everything was basically easy. The staff was friendly, and the pizza joint in the parking lot was decent. Overall a room that we slept in."

"Our room was nice and clean, but the TV didn't have a remote control that worked with all the TV’s option, it only controlled the volume and you could channel surf, but you didn't know what station was on Then the bathroom had one of the energy light control that was bad, it would turn the lights off every 30 seconds and you couldn't reach the light from the toilet or the shower and it went totally black when the lights went out and we had to use a towel to wave in the air to get it to turn the lights back on. That's a problem unless you don't mind doing that every 30 seconds. When I reported it to the front desk the first night I was told they didn't have anyone on sight to repair it nor did they have another room available to move us. So we had to deal with it. I was told I would receive a discount off the room, and I didn't think I would have to ask but when we checked out they had no idea about that and I had to ask for it. They gave me 10% off. I don't know if they is a good discount, but it felt cheap to me. Then I asked after checkout, where is our discount? She said oh I can't add it now because I already checked you out. But we will take the discount off your credit card and you'll see it in up to a week. They didn't give me the full discount on all the days only one. We stayed two days and were going to stay 3 but we checked out early for a different reason not related to the room. I also was upset that hthey did not give us clean towels, more coffee or make the bed"

"Convenient location to interstate during our trip. Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast area. Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street. Nice stop after long day of driving. "

"From the outside immediately you see what to expect at this property poorly maintained and filthy with no breakfast at all it wasn’t even a continental breakfast had yellow stained sheets that I had to change as soon as I checked in many safety violations also and of course when you make a reservation there is no refund so they got you after reading the corporation standards you realize that is just a company promise that falls short by not requiring the franchise to follow those same standards "
