Love the free buffet dinner! Staff was very helpful. Room was nice. Only complaint was that we could hear some loud cars on the highway at night.

The Derby City Gaming & Hotel was so clean! I felt secure with the safety to access my floor. The staff (Keke) was very welcoming and made check-in great. Bonus: I love to watch the horses train in the morning.

I love this hotel! Such great service, a boho style with huge rooms and comfy beds. They are even pet friendly! Such a gem. I’ve stayed twice and will stay as often as we can!

Needed a quiet place to stay while visiting my son on the base. Both of my boys are very tall, so needed space, too. When Guest Services found out we had driven all night and my son was deploying that week, they made sure we had a quiet room out of the way, adjusted timelines & accommodations for his changing schedule, invited him to join us for breakfast(s) for free, etc. They even added on another night and kept us in our room, even though they were booked, but he got an extra day with us. ...

Great location, shopping and food in the area and great price!

Tiffany is amazing!! When my wife realized she was running low on her diapers, and the stores were all closed, she didn’t miss a beat- she just said “I get it” and handed her own personal products for my wife to stay comfortable overnight. She helped us with several other issues with a genuine eagerness to make our stay awesome. Legit 10 stars.

The motel was great, staff was good. Location just off I-65. Close to shopping, restaurants. Breakfast was one of the best, even with real plates and utensils. Would stay there again. BUC-EES was 20 miles away. Always a fun place to visit. again.

The property is clean and well maintained. There was a fun bar and lounge area on the first floor with friendly staff. Our family appreciated the pet friendly vibe and kids loved the pool (they said it was warm).

Wonderfully quiet facility even though you're so close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and neat as a pin. Holiday Inn really has an eye for detail and does it right. Front desk was pleasant, but not bubbly. This could be improved.

Clean room and building. Security guard during evening hours. Parking is in the ramp next door but it's only a few steps from the front door of the hotel.
