"The room was clean, but the beds were small, definitely were not queen size. The breakfast was quite limited."

"I’m afraid I was misled by the “excellent’ reviews for this property by previous reviewing guests. I am admittedly somewhat spoiled by having had the opportunity to stay at primarily very nice properties in my life, so was quite disappointed to find that there was no phone number I could use to confirm my reservation prior to arrival. However, my disappointment turned to disapproval when I found no telephone in the room with which to contact the front desk. Other basic disappointments/disapprovals: only one trash receptacle for the room and bathroom; no facial tissue provided, so required to use toilet tissue for all purposes; window-type A/C & heating unit was quite loud; no luggage rack provided."

"Dirty bath tub. Complained. Tub cleaned next day of our 2 day stay. Floor in bathroom not well cleaned. TV not working when checked in. Notified desk and eventually tech came and corrected the problem. Breakfast buffet somewhat less than other brand hotels."

"I did not actually stay in the room. I paid for the room for my son and daughter-in-law. We drove from Florida to Roanoke, Virginia to visit my sister and her family. I stayed with my sister. She only has one guest room. I can only tell that my son and his wife were happy with the accommodations. We got an ADA room as my daughter in law is handicapped. She said the roll in shower was wonderful. I was only at the hotel for check-in. I checked in online prior to arrival, so the check-in went quickly. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Parking seemed to be a little tight. I gave an excellent rating because my son and his wife are used to Disney Resorts, so their standards are high. If it had not been a great stay, they would have voice their opinion for sure. The hotel was within 5 minutes of my sister's home. That made the traveling for the kids to and fro much nicer."

"Clean large updated rooms. property was under remodel when I stayed but I’m sure it will look great once finished. I wasn’t impressed with breakfast, extremely limited so that is something that definitely should be improved. Lots of parking space."

"This is a brand new hotel and they are still completing the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable with very high ceilings and celestory windows. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions."
