"We love this hotel and stay when ever we are in Cleveland.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is a lovely hotel, unique and clean.
Everywhere you look the walls are filled with beautiful and interesting art.
They have a fun little bar area and beautiful dining area with REAL plates and glasses (thank you). We were there at Christmas. It was decorated beautifully and the music in the lobby was tasteful and not overpowering.
Only complaint is that the pillows were not very comfortable. Ill just bring in my own the next trip. "
