10/10 Exceptional

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and very clean. The price was very good. They even upgraded us to nicer rooms without changing our price. We were going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was less than 30 minutes from there. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores were near by.

6/10 Good

very outdated, bathroom could have been cleaner (our bathtub was not clean), the room had a smell to it (almost like mildew or something) .... however, the beds were comfortable and clean and for the price you cant beat having a place to sleep overnight.

8/10 Very good

Comfortable overnight stay, felt safe, staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in the room worked, especially the A/C on a hot muggy day/night. Location was convenient to places of interest in Mentor and a day in Cleveland.

I have stayed here many times. The staff are always courteous and helpful and nice. The rooms are clean, but this visit in the area was the invasion of these "stink bugs" idk I just know my daughter is like most kids, 😱 scared! of bugs! So when there

10/10 Exceptional

Congenial atmosphere where people talk with each other and are kind. Very clean. Super price for the quality. Coffee early to mid-morning. Good TV with a range of choices and movies. Willow Motel has everything you need for a great rest. Loved the super clean room with space, mini-fridge and microwave, an extra pillow, dark curtains. Bob Evans and Applebee very close walking distance. Close to major roads. Not a luxurious motel, but not a sky-high price either.

Refrigerator leak the whole time we were there. TV channels was not accurate got bit up by bed bugs however the staff was very friendly and accommodating

2/10 Poor

Filthy place to stay. Marijuana reeked the halls and a dog on a smoke free pet free floor. One ice machine but it was broke. I had to hold the faucet to to keep it from spinning when I turned it on. Dirt, paint peeling and smelled. Front desk people were very nice. I’d say run!
