Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

They let us check in early and helped arrange taxis for us. The pool was nice. They have storage for your bags before check in / after check out. It’s a little ways from the main attractions in Palma which is nice because it’s quiet. We would stay here again!
We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...
The style of the property is gorgeous. Friendly staff and quick service. Hotel breakfast & dinner is outrageously good. Great vibe/atmosphere. Will stay again. Only a 2 person occupancy per room though, unless you’re traveling with a child below 11 years old.
The stay at Es Port was wonderfully tranquilizing. Elegant hotel with beautifully arranged parklike gardens and pool. Nice public areas i side the ancient building.
