"Like the other Welcome Hotel in Bamberg the buffet breakfast is understanding with a great range of German breads and rolls. cheese, cold meats, hot bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, cereals including Birckenmüsli etc etc. The breakfast room faces directly onto the river Regnitz which is very picturesque. The staff are really friendly and helpful both with me and my teen children! It’s only a short walk to the centre of town, or along the river to the Old Town and Cathedral. The rooms were comfy and amazing value *****"

" We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU! Great room was very clean and nice size bed. "Underground parking beneath the hotel was super convenient and they allowed us to leave the car past checkout so we didn’t have to hurry to get back from a last tour of the old city! The location is perfect just a short walk from everything! The breakfast was really good as well, the rooms clean and nice and very helpful staff! Top marks for a great place and great value!"
