Property is absolutely beautiful and service is very good. Staff assisted us on many matters. Even after we checked out and ran into some issues with local rental car company, due to language barriers, we reached out to La Zambra for help and they tried their best. It is conveniently located in the middle, Malaga to the east, Marbella to the west and Ronda to the North. Mijas is 20 minutes drive up the hills.

This is one if the best hotels I've visited during many years of travel throughout Europe. The property is beautiful and the location is great. Words can not describe the village the hotel is located and the location overlook the med. sea. Unfortunately I'm in a wheelchair and the hotel tried very hard to accommodate the handicapped, but it was still very difficult (but if you're able, it's well worth the effort) if you are traveling with someone special to you, this is the perfect place. Wonderful team - super attentive, coordinated, functioning impeccably. Beautiful premises with a nice pool and a great pool bar. Everything is super clean and wonderfully maintained. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to our two young children. A++

Clean friendly staff amazing atmosphere the staff were exceptional very friendly. The rooms were always clean. The place is amazing, the old town is one of spain's marbles and the port is just a 10 min walk close to the hotel are exceptional restaurants, the beach is very close as well. It's just a 10 euros taxi to puerto banos or to funky Buddha. Certainly going there again and again and again. Thank you la villa marbella team.

Hotel was elegant with extremely attentive, friendly, helpful staff. We felt very welcome. Room was spectacular with ocean view and balcony. Grounds were spacious and welcoming with palm trees and beautiful foliage. Huge indoor pool and huge outdoor pool plus its own beach. Plenty of room for everyone to swim, sunbathe, sit and relax with food and drink inside and out. Bar area inside and out was huge and they have entertainment every night. Magical. Particularly in the evenings, where you can sit outside in one of several semi-private courtyards and enjoy a glass of wine, beautiful garden surroundings, and stunning views over the countryside from the castle's perch. The dining room and bar are also wonderful and the food superb. Room was comfortable, fantastic view. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I'm every back in the region.

Hotel is across street from beach as all hotels in area are. Surrounded by GREAT restaurants...Hotel has great staff, nice bar with snack area. Nice breakfasts.. Will go back and recommend to friends...

Perfect location and the breakfast buffet was yummy

We liked the polite multilingual staff, nightly entertainment, reasonably priced daily specials, great location, beautiful premises right on the boardwalk, free airport transfers, spacious rooms, bathrooms & balconies. Just wished that the kitchenette had a microwave & some more counter space. Will definitely stay there again.

The best part about this hotel is the hotel. Shopping, dining, and tourist attractions are next door. Hotel is clean and comfortable. There's no air condition. Just open window and let the cool air in. This will be our go to hotel when come back to Malaga.
