Hotels.com reservation system failed and although I had a confirmation number, there were no vacancies at the hotel. With the help of the staff, I was able to locate the only vacancy in the area at a hotel for $60 more per night that was a 40 minute drive, so my vacation wasn't completely ruined.
From phone call to checkin to room arrival to restaurant, everything was excellent. I loved the jacuzzi room facing the beautiful pond and river. The room was so clean and had everything I needed: coffee, frig, closet, shower gel, etc. Very clean and taken care of. A great cabin to stay in for a weekend getaway. We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the water. Everything was provided for us so packing was easy. The staff was accommodating and happy to have us stay there. Would recommend it to anyone.
