When calling to confirm my reservation, I happened to mention I was coming into town to attend a funeral. Immediately, I was given condolences…. Upon arriving at Rivertown Inn, I not only received my room key but also a beautiful sympathy card containing this hand written message: “We are sorry for your loss. Please, let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay easier. Sincerest condolences, Rivertown Inn Staff.” This was as unexpected as it was beautiful—and very much appreciated!!! I highly recommend Rivertown Inn!! 💜
