"Generally a very happy experience; service, pool, breakfast, all very good. We live in Brazil, and so this is almost always our "go to" place when staying in Nova Petropolis. If I had to complain about anything, it would br the crappy TV system; seems to be just receivable digital broadcasts over the air, no satellite or cable system, minimal channels with often lousy reception But, I guess, since we're not there principally to watch TV, it's not the end of the world.
