O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica a poucos metros a pé da Catedral de Pedra, é bem conservado, limpeza e apresentação dos funcionários impecáveis. O enxoval é muito bom, com troca das toalhas e arrumação do quarto diariamente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, bem variado e com bastante opções para os hóspedes. Tem estacionamento no local com valor razoável da diária. Gostamos de tudo no hotel e recomendo fortemente!!!!

Tudo perfeito conforme proposto. Café da manhã é uma experiência e deliciosa, a acomodação é muito bem limpa e confortável. A equipe são bem atenciosos e educados. Eu e minha esposa ficamos maravilhados. Um adendo ao final da estadia que fiquei surpreso pela taxa de 10% sob o valor da reserva, me pegou de surpresa pois não fui informado por nenhum meio. Único ítem que me deixou pouco aborrecido foi a falta dessa informação antecipada.

O hotel é excelente e possui um ótimo atendimento. A higiene do local é ótima, e o café da manhã é perfeito, um dos melhores que já tomei. Poderiam colocar no anúncio que o estacionamento é pago (25 reais a diária), pois só descobri na hora do check out, fora que o acesso a ele não é muito bom, inclusive enrosquei a lateral do meu carro em uma pedra solta na entrada. Só não concordo muito em um hotel cobrar 10% de taxa de serviço, apesar de não ser obrigatório o pagamento, acaba passando uma sensação de descontentamento ao recusar. Tirando esses detalhes, a estadia foi perfeita, e com certeza voltaríamos em uma próxima viagem.
