"Very enjoyable with lodge atmosphere. We spent lot of time at Roost, the on premise bar and restaurant. The kids also got a lot of use out of the pools and hot tubs."

"Clean Rooms, friendly and helpful staff. So much to do; ski, waterpark, ice skate, movie theater, rock climbing. The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four. Miso Hungry Ramen is the stand-out dining option. "

"Everything about our stay was exceptional. The property was spotless, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The food was wonderful, and the hot tubs were a perfect way to relax. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a water-filling station and ice machine right on the property. The location couldn’t be better—close to downtown and an easy trip to the mountain. There are only a few very small details that, if adjusted, would take an already outstanding experience to the next level—such as slightly thicker & bigger bath towels and thicker robes, tightening the shower handle for more precise temperature control, and securing the doors a bit more to prevent minor movement when nearby doors open or close. These are truly minor notes in an otherwise excellent stay. Everything else was outstanding, and we will absolutely be back again."

"The room was clean and spotless. There was a small kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was pleasant and courteous for the Christmas season. My only concerns was the long wait with the valet service for the car which varied between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the time of day."

"The staff was fantastic! We enjoyed the common room with fireplace. Although the pool and hot tub were t working the staff particularly Ethan was hospitable and was able to reimburse us for inconveniences which was greatly appreciated. "
